Equine America Magnitude

Equine America Magnitude is a highly absorbable form of magnesium, which should be fed daily to horses to promote healthy nerve tissue and to reduce nervous tension.

Magnesium is a naturally occurring element within the body, and has many roles including the health of nerve endings and fibres. A lack of magnesium can show in horses as tension and nervousness.

For young, excitable or overzealous horses requiring increased focus, concentration and calming, a product from the So-Kalm® range will be more suitable. So-Kalm® Plus Paste can also be used a pre-competition addition alongside Magnitude.

Feeding Guidelines

For a 500kg horse, feed 5g per day. Do not exceed recommended dosage.

Product Update Information

Due to a recent change in manufacturing of Equine America products now being made in the UK, the change of supplier now means that the magnesium oxide used in Magnitude is a lower dust, slightly granular form which is pale beige in colour, with no change to magnesium levels or the chemical source of the magnesium used. All Equine America products have always been free from prohibited substances, and the BETA NOPS and UFAS certifications can give customers the peace of mind that all Equine America products are legal for use under FEI, BEF and BHA regulations.
