Fairfax Short Event Girth - Black

The Fairfax Performance range of girths is something completely new and unique, making this girth one of the most technically advanced girths about! It helps the horse to perform at a higher level by vastly reducing pressure in all the areas the girth covers, which in turn helps to increase range of movement and eliminate gait asymmetry. This girth has also been incredibly popular thanks to its Prolite lining, which has been tried and tested, and is well renowned for distributing pressure, absorbing any impact and preventing painful rubbing- features that a lot of riders find invaluable! As if that wasn't enough, the girth has been constructed in a new way, which means the Prolite  "floats", and allows the horse's muscles to move freely under the girth, whilst still retaining a close contact. Standard or Narrow? - The Fairfax girths come in two options, standard gauge or narrow gauge. If your horse measures 21cm and above, you will need a Standard Gauge. If your horse measures 20cm or less you will need the narrow gauge.

How to Measure your horse -  you will need to measure the area between the horse' elbows on the flattest part.
