Key Ingredients

Collagen - As one of the most abundant proteins in the body, collagen provides the structure for cartilage whilst adding to its strength and elasticity.

Hyaluronic Acid (HA) - Works by maintaining the viscosity of the joint fluid, which in turn lubricates the cartilage and acts as a shock absorber.

Amino Acids - Provides the building blocks in the production of amino sugars. The most well known amino sugar is glucosamine, which is important in the production of other compounds called Glycosaminoglycans (GAGs), which bind to the collagen in the cartilage, and therefore increases its strength and elasticity.

MSM - A natural bioavailable form of sulphur. An essential mineral for the bonding of compounds in the cartilage framework to improve strength, while also working to maintain a healthy inflammatory response in the joints

Other key trace minerals including manganese, silicon and copper all play an important role for the production in structural compounds including chondroitin, in addition to the production of antioxidants, collagen and hyaluronic acid.
