Throstlenest Saddlery's online equestrian store has been created after a successful history of supplying clothing, equipment and advice, at our base in Silkstone Common, est. 1978.

Hopefully we have translated our energy and friendly service from our main store to the Internet so that your shopping experience is both enjoyable and informed.

Delivery

When you reach the checkout, our system will automatically calculate the delivery options that are available to you depending what's in your basket. In calculating the delivery options, our system references the size, weight and value of the item(s) you have chosen, as well as the delivery address you choose.

We aim to dispatch orders (where all items are in stock) placed before 12:00 midday Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays) the same day and all orders placed over the weekend and after 12:00 midday will normally be dispatched the next working day...

Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns for our customers. You should follow the instructions below:

Print and complete the Returns Form. Carefully and securely repackage your returning items and Returns Form (in line with our Returns Packaging Guidelines). Take your parcel with Returns Form enclosed to your nearest Post Office. Choose a suitable method of postage, i.e. Recorded or Registered (you are advised to take out suitable insurance for the goods you are returning). Retain your Proof of Postage in case the parcel is lost in transit.

Placing an order with Throstlenest Saddlery is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You automatically create an account when you place your first order online. (We cannot accept orders by fax or e-mail. All orders must be placed online or by phone.)
